Fit the Brief 30-Day Returns Policy
At Fit the Brief, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. There must be no makeup/other marks on the item and the product should not smell of any washing products/beauty products etc. Shoes must be tried on indoors and Swimwear must have the hygiene label intact, otherwise is non-returnable*
1.2. Items that are marked as "Final sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns, exchange giftcard only. Purchased Gift Cards are also not eligible for refund.
1.3. If you receive a free gift with your order and return any of the items, the free gift must be returned too. If it is not returned the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
1.4. If you received free delivery on your order and you return the full order then delivery charges will be taken off the refund.
*If an item is returned to us that does not comply with the above you will be given an option of paying an additional postage fee of £3.99 to have the item returned to you for up to 14 days.
Faulty Items
2. In the rare circumstance you receive a faulty item – please contact us via the customer service details on our website with information and a picture of the fault so we can quickly resolve it.
Exchanges
3. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Initiation of the Return
4.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Access our online Returns Portal
- Provide your order number with the # and your email address.
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Select the shipping method and receive a QR code/Returns shipping label
- Pack all returned items, along with a printed order confirmation so we can match your return to your order.
- Take your parcel to the nearest drop off point.
Return Shipping
5.1. We do not offer free returns nor will we refund the original shipping cost, with the exception of faulty items.
5.2 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
Inspection and Approval
6.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to not refund you, if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
6.2 We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund.
Refund Process
7.1. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.

Changes to the Returns Policy
Fit the Brief reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By making a purchase from Fit the Brief, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this 30-day returns policy.
